A handy price guide to provide rough estimates
We realise that every property is different and the size and condition can vary considerably. We have put this price list together as a rough guideline only. Although the costs of each individual cleaning project will vary, we believe that these prices represent an average quote for work carried out. Remember you can call us 24 hours a day and arrange an appointment; we will then be able to give you a clear and accurate quote for all cleaning work required.
For each extra bathroom please add £30
There is a minimum cleaning charge of £110+VAT
For carpet cleaning there is a minimum charge of £100+VAT

General cleaning
- Damp wipe all painted woodwork
- Dusting and polishing of all furniture and surfaces
- Industrial hoovering of carpets and floors
Kitchen cleaning
- Clean carpets, bench tops and basins
- Degreasing and cleaning of cooker hob and fan
- Cleaning of fridge freezer inside and out
- Washing and polishing of all tiles
Bathroom cleaning
- Descaling and cleaning of all sanitary ware
- Washing and polishing of all tiles
- Wash and clean all floors and surfaces
Price list
Prices start from:
- Studio £180 + VAT
- 1 bedroom 1 bath £200 + VAT
- 2 Bedroom 1 bath £240 + VAT
- 3 Bedroom 1 bath £280 + VAT
*Please note that the above prices are based on the property been maintained throughout the tenancy.
Professional clean including carpets:
- Studio £210 + VAT
- 1 Bedroom 1 bath £230 + VAT
- 2 Bedroom 1 bath £290 + VAT
- 3 Bedroom 1 bath £350 + VAT
* The above prices include the carpets in the bedrooms only. Additional areas of carpets will be an extra cost.
