Do I have to supply the cleaning products and materials?
No, all our vans are fully stocked with all the professional cleaning chemicals, equipment and machinery we need.

Do you give free estimates?
We try to give an accurate estimate over the phone and we provide a price list to guide you. However because every property is different in size and condition it is impossible to give you a fixed price without seeing the property. We always provide a free written estimate before we commence work.

Do you charge VAT?
Yes, VAT is charged on all work carried out.

Do you have a minimum charge?
Yes, our minimum charge is £60+VAT for carpet and upholstery cleaning and £100+VAT for general cleaning

Can I just get my kitchen or a single room cleaned?
Yes, we tailor our service to your specific requirements. We will visit your home to clean your cooker if that is all you need, but we do have a minimum charge. We itemise the costs for all cleaning tasks; each item has a price. For example a separate price is given for the fridge, the windows, the bathroom, the carpets etc. This allows you to get a full written estimate and then choose the work you want carried out.

Are you insured?
Yes, we carry £1million of public liability insurance.

How long would it take to clean a 5 bedroom house, top to bottom, including carpets?

We aim to finish all jobs within 1 day. We will use more team members where needed.

Do you work on weekends and evenings?

Yes, we work 7 days a week 24 hours a day. If you prefer to be at home when we work, we can start when you get home from work. We can also arrange to pick up keys for your convenience.

Do I need to stay in while you work?

All our workers are fully insured and full time representatives of Absolutely Spotless, to give you the assurance that you can leave us in your house and return to a sparkling clean home.

Do you do work at short notice?

Yes, we have several fully trained teams on call 24 hours a day. Work can be arranged on the day of your call.

How many people can I expect to clean my 3 bedroom flat?
All our teams work with a supervisor. The teams vary depending on the size and type of job. 2 or 3 workers and the supervisor would normally clean a typical 3 bedroom flat.

The supervisor is also responsible for confirming all prices for jobs.

How do I pay for the work?
For new clients our policy is payment on completion of the work. If you become a regular client we can invoice you for the completed work.
